This summer, we’re offering multiple opportunities for athletes to improve their strength, conditioning, and overall performance in the weight room!

The weight room will be open 4 days a week with 3 available sessions each day.

📅 Days Open:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (After Memorial Day)

📍 Start Date:
Tuesday, May 26

⏰ Session Times:
• Session 1: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM
• Session 2: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Session 3: 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM (Beginner/ JH workouts offered during this session, but open to all athletes)

Members of the Postville JH girls team had a very productive day at the State JH Meet this Saturday. Medaling and placing 6th or higher in every event they competed in. They had a PR in every event as well. The four 7th graders also finished 8th as a team.
