We’re proud to be a Monarch Waystation at Camp Lochearn!
By planting milkweed and pollinator-friendly flowers, we help support monarch butterflies on their incredible migration journey. 🌿
Our campers get to witness the full life cycle—from caterpillar to butterfly—while learning the importance of caring for our environment.

At Camp Lochearn, we’re proud to partner with the Vermont Institute of Natural Science (VINS) to support their ambassador raptors and promote environmental stewardship 🌿 ✨ Did you know? A pair of Bald Eagles nests on Lake Fairlee each year—right near camp. It’s a powerful reminder of why stewardship matters and how closely we are connected to the natural world around us.
