My name is Coach Rowan and I specialize in youth water safety skills training. I have written and perfected a program that successfully teaches 100's of young children ages 1 year (and up) to SELF RESCUE.
A self rescue is when a child is able to fall into the water, roll over & float on their backs until help can arrive. Once students are old enough I teach them to roll back over and swim to safety.

This skill is SO underrated.

I recommend starting your child as young as you can! Between the ages of 6 months to 2 years old seems to be a sweet spot for most families.

These classes are great for students ages 2+
But in some cases I will take students as young as 6 months (privates only).

I am currently offering Private & Semi-Private classes this August in my Summer Crash Course.
Students will come to class 2 to 3 times per week. You can choose from :
Monday Morning , Tuesday Evening, Wednesday Morning, Thursday Morning OR evening.
