This morning, one of our students shared a reflection that captures the true spirit of SUP Yoga. 🌊💙
At her last class, she began to lose her balance and—rather than resisting—she chose to leap into the water. At first, she wasn’t thrilled about being soaked, but soon realized she was proud of herself for making the choice to jump instead of fall without control.
Afterward, she told me how grateful she was that it happened. Finally being in the water took away the fear of “what if” and gave her a sense of safety, even in what once felt unsafe.
This is what SUP Yoga offers: the chance to face uncertainty, to soften fear, and to discover freedom and growth in the very moments we once resisted. ✨💦 It’s not just about standing strong on a paddleboard—it’s about expanding into your truest self, both on and off the water.
