Blitz Air Park Is Temporarily Suspending Operations
Everyone understands this is a time for our entire community to pull together. In order to do that, we have to stay away from large groups which is not easy to do at Blitz. We did our best to remain open these last 2 weeks for our members and customers that had events booked and needed a place to be active, but that no longer makes sense. Federal recommendations for social distancing and our desire to help flatten the Corona Curve makes it clear we must shut it down for a while. Our commitment to the health and well-being of our members, guests, staff, and entire community is important and a temporary closure is the most responsible next step. We all have to do our part to contain this virus (COVID-19) and stop the spread within our community.
We are announcing a temporary 3-week suspension of operations, effective Wednesday, March 18th through Friday, April 3rd. The end date is subject to change based on Federal guidlines as things have been changing so rapidly. We will update everyone as we learn more.
Many of you know Blitz Air Park is a small, family owned business employing over 25 people from the Seacoast Area. Our staff and our community mean the world to us. Our customers are the best customers a company could ask for. With that in mind, as of now, ALL monthly memberships and Winter Passes will be frozen (of course at no cost). The duration of the freeze will be monitored and assessed as time goes on. All billed monthly memberships will be paused and will receive a credit for a full month when we re-open. Thank you for your support and patience.
We have many parties and events booked for times that fall during the shut down. Before we open back up, we will be reaching out to each of you to reschedule or refund your purchase. There will not be someone monitoring our phones during the shutdown so please reach out to [email protected] with any questions. We will check email weekly and communicate as best we can.
Please take care of yourselves and your families, check in with your friends and neighbors, and follow the advice of the World Health Organization:
Wash your hands frequently
Maintain social distancing
Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth
Practice respiratory hygiene
If you have fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical care early
