The SBA Virginia East 11U team is currently seeking dedicated players who are committed to learning and growing. Our program features an indoor facility, with speed and training programs tailored to promote development. Lessons are available from professional and collegiate coaches in all aspects of the game. Join us on November 15th to learn more and show us your skills!!

SBA Virginia will be having open tryouts for our rising 7u-13u teams coming up in the middle of July! We feature indoor facilities with winter training, speed & agility, affordable lessons, competitive schedules, regional and national opportunities, and former/current collegiate athletes as instructors/coaches. Alright boys!! Let's get busy!!! Here's my first set of 10 to get things started!!

SBA Parents!!! We challenged the boys to do a push up challenges this weekend!! The boys need to film themselves doing 20 push ups on Saturday and Sunday!! I'm going to reach out to Sean Hess to see if he is willing to donate 13 Chic Fil A sandwich passes for each player that does this challenge!! He's an awesome supporter of our community and overall just a great guy. Post the videos here and have a great weekend!!
