SOMC LIFE Center The SOMC LIFE CENTER is a Southern Ohio Medical Center(SOMC) Fitness and Wellness Center. We support

We offer a wide variety of fitness and wellness programs to suit any level of fitness
from the novice exerciser to the pro athlete. We have 3 locations to choose from,
the Portsmouth location is our largest center, Wheelersburg and Lucasville Ohio locations
are also available with limited facilities and program offerings. Please refer to our webpage

Our Dance with Jerrod class is on the move! 💃🕺

Beginning June 20th, Jerrod will be teaching at our Lucasville LC location at
10:00 AM. This class will be held every other Saturday.

Don't worry—it's the same fun, energy, and great workout you've come to love, just at a different location!

✨ Join Jerrod and the crew for a morning filled with movement, laughter, and great music. Whether you're a regular or thinking about trying it for the first time, we'd love to see you there!
