🚨 Gauntlet Breakdown

The Gauntlet is a race for time consisting of 4 loops. The loop is approximately 500m including an obstacle course and a hill sprint.

Each loop will present a different challenge.

Loop 1 — Strength Erg Relay - You Go / I Go style switch out as needed
Leg press. Chest press. Row.
Male Teams:
3000kg of leg press
2000kg of chest press
1000kg of row
Total = 6000kg

Mixed Teams:
2500kg leg press
1500kg chest press
750kg row
Total = 4750kg

Female Teams:
2000kg leg press
1250kg chest press
500kg row
Total = 3750kg

Notes: you will be responsible for switching out the machine for the movements. We will have two extra StrengthErgs you can test in the warmup area.

EVENT 2
60 burpees over the log. You Go/I Go
Another loop.

EVENT 3
Ski erg. 60 cals men. 54 mixed. 48 female.
Straight into 60 sandbag thrusters.
You Go / I Go
RX: 100 men / 60 women.
Scaled: 80 men / 40 women.
Loop the trail.

EVENT 4
60 toes to rings/hanging knee raises. You Go /I go
Then the medley. 10 deadlifts + Farmer carry to distance. Four rounds. Each athlete.
Note: on the medley, athlete 1 will do 10 x deadlifts followed by farmer’s carry, then athlete 2 does the same. Each of you will repeat this 4 times.

Final loop. Then you're done.
