Felt really good on the bike this weekend. Not a bad one overall—ended up 3rd in 85 and 4th in Supermini. Had some really good battles.

ALC and MLC update. The doctor is very impressed on how well I have been pushing myself and that I can bend my leg about 95%.

Surgery is schedule for October 9.

I am very nervous but I know this is what I need and I’ll come back next year even stronger!
