Adult self defense hands on workshop open to DBMA as well as non DBMA adults

$35 if you pre register By June 2nd, $40 at the door

Payment due with registration.

Previous training is not required.

This is mainly for adults and higher ranking teens due to subject matter.

Topics covered: Defense & offense in the clinch, destructions & low line kicks.

What to bring:

Boxing or MMA Gloves

Groin Protector

Shin Guards
