Statement from MECTA: After consulting the latest (as of June 3) State of Maine and USATF guidelines, MECTA will not hold any events this summer. Of course we are all disappointed. We will miss the camaraderie and excitement our season always brings, but this is the prudent thing to do to keep us all healthy, which in the end is our ultimate goal. We all look forward to next year when we can once again gather safely and compete for the love of it. In the meantime, MECTA encourages all to stay fit, and exercise safely following the latest CDC recommendations.
