Elite Baseball

Elite Baseball Mission:
Provide our Kids with opportunities and exposure while competing at the highest levels in youth baseball.

This includes instilling discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship, honesty and integrity. Elite Baseball will teach respect for the game, hard work, and to always play hard. Our baseball program emphasizes the importance of student-athlete priorities (in the following order): Faith, Family, Academics, and Baseball


Program Goals:
1. Provide players with the opportunity to learn, develop, and improve B

2. Provide players with an atmosphere that encourages mental, social, and emotional maturity.
3. Prepare players for high school and college advancement. Philosophy:

Ubuntu is the heartbeat of our team philosophy; Elite Baseball focuses first and foremost on how to treat one another as people. We teach what consistent hard work and striving to become a better ballplayer means. We believe in pushing our teammates to be better, picking them up when they are down, and always believing in ourselves. Character is revealed in times of adversity and baseball provides that adversity. By putting these young baseball players in competitive situations, we help them develop character, which will benefit them not only in baseball, but in life.

It's pretty Refreshing to hear that a MLB manager would do the following to teach a young player.
Phillies manager Pete Mackanin confirmed that Odubel Herrera was pulled from Monday's game against the Tigers for lack of hustle.
Advice: Herrera didn't run out a ball to the pitcher in the seventh inning and Mackanin said that he "didn't like it." Fortunately, his exit wasn't injury-related, but Mackanin wanted to teach a lesson to the dynamic 24-year-old.

We will be hosting a scrimmage today with the Oregon team that made it all the way to Williamsport last summer in the Little League World Series today. First pitch against the Portland Generals will be at 6:00PM. Come out and enjoy the beautiful weather with us.
