Need a spot? Stuck on a move? Or just need someone to tell you that YES, you can absolutely do that thing you’ve been working on? 💜

Come hang with Bex during Thursday Open Pole Help Hour!

Open Pole is your time to practice whatever you’re working on, at your own pace. But on Thursdays, you’ve got a little extra support!

Bex is there to spot you, help troubleshoot that move that just isn’t clicking, offer some pointers, or simply be your personal hype man.

No agenda, no formal instruction. Just you, your practice, and a helping hand when you need one.

Thursdays at Pole Palace! 💜 heyimbex
