Mother Nature decided to hit pause here in Columbus. 🌧️ We are currently sitting in a 30-minute rain delay against the Austin Ghostrunners, but the Grizzlies are clinging to a tight 2-1 lead.

Staying loose, staying focused in the dugout, and ready to close this one out as soon as the skies clear. Let's go Grizzlies!

Surviving and advancing in Columbus! We battled through an absolute nail-biter this morning to take down the Oklahoma City F5 in a tense 10-9 victory.

Up next, we face off against the Austin Ghostrunners to keep this tournament run going

Rough day in the Columbus dirt as GSWS Columbus bracket play officially kicked off this afternoon. We battled hard, but playing short-handed with a 9-player squad is a tough hill to climb at this level. We took a heavy 1-11 loss against the Ft. Lauderdale Felicias.

But we aren't packing our bags just yet. We are back on the diamond tomorrow morning for a true do or die elimination game against the Oklahoma City F5. Time to regroup, rest up, and leave absolutely everything on the field.

Let's go Portland Grizzlies !

The path to the championship is officially set. We drew the 43rd seed out of 65 teams, which means we’re flying strictly under the radar. The rankings don't step on the field—the players do.

Tough Day 2 in the books for the Portland Grizzlies. The heat was just as relentless as the competition today, with temps hitting 98° and a sweltering 102° heat index out on the field. 🥵

We took a couple on the chin to close out pool play:

Knoxville Trouble: L 3-15

St. Louis River Rats: L 1-11

Time to flush it, hydrate, and regroup. Pool play is just the warmup, and tomorrow we hit the reset button. Bracket play starts in the morning and everyone is 0-0. Time to show some Pacific Northwest grit.

Let’s go, Portland!

Nine players? No problem.

Portland Grizzlies kicked off GSWS pool play a little short-handed today, but we brought exactly enough grit to cover the outfield.

Today's Results:

Tie (6-6): A hard-fought, defensive battle against Honolulu Brokebat Mauna.

Win (3-2): Dug deep to secure a tight victory over the Birmingham Sliders.

We are walking away from day one undefeated and resting up those nine sets of legs. Pool play continues tomorrow
