In my kids' yoga classes, in addition to variations on traditional yoga poses, I use elements of dance, movement games, imaginative play, music, art and literature. I use yoga and movement to supplement all aspects of a preschool education. When ideas and information are delivered through movement, children are empowered to take ownership of their learning.
