Sometimes we can spend a lot of time trying to understand why we feel the way we do.
We look at our patterns.
We think about the past.
We journal.
We learn.
We become more aware.
And those things can be valuable.
But what if, at some point, we also gave ourselves permission to ask a different question?
What do I actually want?
Sometimes that question is easy.
Sometimes it's surprisingly difficult.
Especially when we're very clear about what we don't want.
If that's where you are, you can start there.
I don't want to feel so worried about money anymore.
What would I want instead?
I don't want to feel like I'm going nowhere.
What would I want instead?
This is something we explored in the Energy Circle class: using what we don't want as a clue toward discovering what we do want.
You don't have to have the perfect answer.
You don't need to know exactly how it's going to happen.
Just noticing what you would love to experience instead can be a meaningful place to begin.
What do you know you don't want anymore, and what might you want instead?
