I met Kerry Rae (Movers and Shakers co-captain) through her late husband, Harry. Through tragedy, we found friendship, and since then joy and laughter. She recently published her memoir, A Messy Kind of Grace: A Young Caregiver's Story of Love, Loss and Life Beyond Parkinson's. She uses humor and honesty to tell her journey as she navigates the highs and lows of being a carepartner of someone with YOPD.
