Southwest Portland Martial Arts and Multnomah Village Fitness Our mission is to provide students with quality instruction in the martial arts and CrossFit.

Southwest Portland Martial Arts teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing and Mo Duk Pai, a martial style that emphasizes ethics, practicality and teaching. CrossFit Hillsdale teaches functional fitness with an emphasis gradual progress and real world results. Our mission is to provide students with quality instruction, love of learning, and open appreciation for all movement arts.

Our re-opening date for our PLAY! program is 9/12 *this Saturday* with our 1x month weekend option @ Big, Blue Block Play :) This playtime is open to children up to age 5. Register here to ensure a spot: https://southwestportlandmartialarts.com/events/swpma-play/ Sliding scale payment helps ensure that play times do not prove prohibitive for people with especially tight budgets. Paying more helps cover overhead costs on our end with rent, equipment and staffing. Pay what makes sense for your family budget!

Great first live music show in our new space today @ the Multnomah Arts Center! Thanks to Mr Hoo donating his time, we raised $360 to help cover the costs of move-in. This should help defray the costs of re-taping the custom flooring (mats) in the Early Childhood room. Thanks as well to all who were able to join us. It’s early, but why not get it out of the way and secure coverage for all the random PPS (full-day) Inservice camps now? Discounted now, as a bulk package. Rates increase, and days are offered individually - as the date of the first camp approaches (while supplies last).
