THANKFUL EVERY DAY.

Beyond grateful for all of the truly rad humans that light up this space week after week. Thank you for choosing to support us, despite our inability to count or remember what exercise we killed you with the day before.

To give our instructors a well deserved break, we will be closed this Thursday and Friday- back open with Oli on Saturday at noon. It’s waitlisted, but you know late cancels happen so get on it if you want in!

If you’ve read this far, know that any packages purchased on Friday 11/25 will get a free walk-in added on with no expiration date (this goes for my virtual distant lovers as well).
Everyone who is signed up for an unlimited monthly package by December 1st will get a free pair of grip socks and a free walk-in for a friend who hasn’t been in yet.
Because you’re the s**t, and I bet your friend is too.

Our sweet (yet spicy) Ally found the perfect full time gig in her career field as a creative designer!

Although this means she has to leave us, we are beyond excited for her next chapter and love her so much.

Help us send Ally off right and book her last two Wednesday 6pm classes, this upcoming Wednesday 9/21 and her very last class 9/28.

Oli, our Bostonian Gemini queen. Our hype girl, our very own Meg Thee Stallion. If you haven’t met Oli yet, you haven’t met your biggest fan.
Olivia’s lived in Oregon for the past five years and her passion for nutrition and fitness continues to grow. Olivia started her Pilates journey two years ago after taking interest in the differences between Lagree and Pilates. Olivia’s teaching style is vibrant and innovative, pair that with her east coast all heart- no bulls**t attitude and it’s the most uplifting fun you’ve had in a 50 minute class.
Oli teaches every Saturday at noon, and if you’re lucky you’ll catch her at an evening class!

MEET ALLY

Ally is not only well versed in anatomy and injury modifications, she’s also the sweet voice you hear as she hands you your ass. She’s been teaching since 2015 and was one of the first instructors to make Rachel fall in love with Pilates as a client and future instructor! She’s also an INCREDIBLE artist who turns photos of loved ones -animals included-into hand drawn masterpieces. Check out her work and hire your girl!

A year ago this week, Ally was officially becoming an Oregonian and helping us open the new studio! To say that we are lucky to have her here and at RCF is a total understatement.
