The Inner Circle A family friendly studio that offers a variety of fun and challenging classes for the whole family! Reserve your spots today.

Our core karate classes are based on traditional Okinawan Shorin Ryu combined with modern Cordone Ryu, and include 27+ katas (19 empty hand & 8+ weapon), self-defense, sparring (one-step and freestyle), history and more. Every student is encouraged to achieve personal excellence in a variety of areas, both in and outside of the dojo, with the full support of the staff. All achievements are earned

and we also incorporate monthly seminars from experts in other styles to augment our training. In addition, we offer a variety of other classes such as Cardio Kickboxing, Gymnastics (ages 3+), Yoga, Jujitsu, Cross Training, Boxing,, Self Defense for Women and more. After the pandemic passes, we will also offer birthday parties starting at $220 for complete packages! Times are normally Saturday and Sunday afternoons from 2-4:30!

Parade alert! If any of my karate or little ninja students are interested in marching in a parade this Saturday in Middletown, reach out and let me know!!

It's a parade to celebrate our country's 250th bday and Portland will have a float in the Middletown County Parade starting at 10 am, Saturday July 4th.
