Our philosophy is one of inclusion and participation. Everyone is welcome to join us as a dancer, and to contribute to the creation of dance as a volunteer. We encourage people of all ages and abilities to come experience our weekly ecstatic dance offerings. Hope to see you soon at dance!

Our lives are full of blessings every day, but sometimes, they may go unrecognized. We may have resistance to receiving, or blind spots that get in the way of us perceiving those that may come in unexpected forms.

Join us this Sunday as we practice noticing blessings, embodying relaxed anticipation, while dancing with them and inviting them in.

~ You Are Whole ~

I often move through life as if I am inherently broken, working extra hard to prove to everyone that I am "doing the work." But, when I remember to return to the deep river of love that runs through me and connects us all, I can see that I am whole, just as I am. Sunday's dance is an invitation to step into that river together --- and move as if there is nothing we need to fix.
