Head for the Hills, September 21st-October 25th (five weeks due to fires!)
As the leaves change and we welcome the fall season, let’s drop our GPS and get back to basics. Join us for five weeks of time based hill workouts. These sessions will build strength and endurance, while removing the self-imposed pressure of pace goals.
Making Spirits Bright, November 9th-December 20th
Have some fun, and stay active, as we welcome the holiday season. Six weeks of workouts, including virtual yoga and pilates classes, all partnered with amazing product giveaways.
