Will you join me in welcoming Strength Union’s newest coach, Jennifer Darling ( )

With over a decade of experience, Jennifer’s mission is to put a barbell into the hands of as many people as she can. Jennifer is a USPA certified powerlifting coach, NASM, and Certified Nutrition Coach. She is an active powerlifter at the local and National levels.

Jennifer believes their is a place on the platform for everyone, and that strength training is truly the fountain of youth.

Jennifer provides personal training, small group training, nutrition support, and programming.

A belated thank you to the athletes, officials, crew, spectators, and to PLU that made the Strength Union Powerlifting Classic a success!

Pr’s and records were set, the crowds roared, and all went home safely!

Thank you to everyone that made this possible. We can’t wait to see you again in the fall!

On June 28th last year we did a huge upgrade to our gym.

We got 4 BRAND NEW Combo Racks.

Our members and visitors have been LOVING them.

Come check out the gym and use some of the best equipment in lifting.

BARBELL CLUB MEMBERS!

SURPRISE! We are opening ANOTHER day for you during the week!

Club has been growing non-stop lately, and it’s been made clear, you all want MORE!

Well we are providing!

Starting this week on Tuesday November 18th, 2025

We will be offering a 5th day of the week with our coaching staff in house, FOR YOU!

Everything you loved about Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday, you can now ALSO find on Tuesdays!

5-7PM EVERY TUESDAY, FROM NOW ON!

KING OF THE HILL 2025 WAS A BLAST!

Many PRs lifted and tons of fun was had! Thank you to everyone who came out to lift for charity!

Congratulations to our winners and participants.

This year we had a more intimate group and still, it was a BLAST of a day.

This tradition started with our owner, Jordan, back when he had just one rack in a garage gym and 50 lifters climbing to the top of the hill.

We are proud and happy to continue this tradition, and thankful to everyone who shows up year after year.
