PCCF • WEEKLY PROGRAMMING (Jan 5–11) 💥
We’re rolling into Week 2 of 2026 — rebuilding rhythm, sharpening movement, and getting everyone back into the groove. Let’s make it a strong one. 🔥
MON — Push Jerk + 2 AMRAP Ladders
Overhead power into two spicy 5-min ascenders (wall walks → thrusters + push-ups → front squats).
TUES — Deadlift + TTB + DU Sprint
Fast 6-round triplet. Grip, core, engine. A classic.
WED — Sn**ch EMOM + 30-20-10 DB/WB Grind
Power + stability up top, then DB step-overs, cleans, and wall balls for time.
THURS — Floor Press + Strict Gymnastics
Upper-body strength into rowing, strict pull-ups, and strict dips. Brutal in the best way.
FRI — Clean Complex + Open 18.2
Power clean → squat clean, then the classic: DB squats + burpees into a 1RM clean. 🔥
SAT — Big Team Chipper
Sn**ches, box overs, sit-ups, increasing weights. Long, sweaty, fun.

NEXT WEEK:
We move into — sn**ch EMOMs, skill work, rope climbs + deadlifts, and a repeat of Open 20.2. Time to dial things in.
