Nots Boating Club The purpose of NOTS Boating Club is to provide a family boating activities on the waters of the Pacific Northwest. NOTS promotes boating safety, education

Above all, we are a cruising club. Our fleet includes boats from runabouts under 20’ to cruisers 50’ and longer. We on an average have 23 cruises scheduled per year and an additional 8 land events. If your desire is to spend time on the water with family and good friends, then NOTS may be the club for you.Our membership is as diverse as the kind of boats we have, but we all share a common love of

boating. It all begin in June 1958, Dick Millison conceived the idea of a club for mobile boaters who wanted to cruise in the company of others. In December of 1958, 137 “Northwest Outboard Trailer Sailors” (NOTS) approved the bylaws and Dick was elected the first commodore. Since that beginning, some of the boats have gotten bigger and the name was changed to NOTS Boating Club in 2010, but the same spirit of adventure and love of boating remains. I went in and manned the booth for a while last night and met several nice people who were interested in the Club.

Gave away some life jacket whistles and got to know our boat show neighbors.
