SHiNE™ is rooted in traditional jazz, ballet & hip hop, set to hot, current music & adaptable to any level. If you're tired of dreading the workout on your daily to-do list, you've come to the right place. At SHiNE Dance Fitness™, we believe fitness should be a GET TO, not a "have to!"
Rooted in traditional hip hop, jazz & ballet, the SHiNE workout is designed to feel like RECESS: A time when you

don't think about how you look as you move in your body, you just ENJOY what it can do and PLAY to your heart's content! We burn 500+ calories per 1hr class hitting our cardio peaks, improving our balance, endurance & agility, and incorporating strength & toning techniques all along the way. The SHiNE workout really is a "one-stop shop," and the best part is, you'll love it so much you'll DEFINITELY want to come back for more!

I'm back after a 2 year hiatus from SHiNE™. I experienced a back issue that kept me away from what I love. I am so excited to dance, sweat, laugh, and connect with you again. I can hear the dance floor calling your name RIGHT NOW!!!!!!
SHiNE™ is. an amazing workout that requires no experience and is for all fitness abilities. I cannot wait to see you Tuesday nights beginning 1/9 at 5:45pm at Cape Elizabeth Community Services.
SHiNE™ has brought so much happiness and friendship into my life, and I can't wait to share that energy with all of you.

I’m unofficially on a social media break but wanted to share this picture. If you know me you know I LOVE to dress up. However what’s really important about this picture is my friendship with Rachel. Rachel, thank you for nudging me a bit out of my comfort zone. I’ve been working on some things this past year or so. I’ve connected with friends on a deep level. Friends that I love & value & new friends that I’m getting to know. I am happy with who I am inside & out. Yes, I still struggle with anxiety & issues with eating/body image but I’ve made huge strides & I’m proud. It took some guts to show up like this but it’s a giant step in saying YES to me & embracing ALL that is me. I am truly blessed to have the best family & budding friendships. Special Thank you to JS & JJB💜.

Plenty of spots left to sign up and SHiNE™ on Tuesday nights at 5:45 PM at the Cape Community Center. I have been waiting to teach in-person for so long and I cannot wait to share the dance floor with you. You have so much to gain: the connection of being part of something bigger, the giggles, a weekly playdate with friendly faces, an amazing workout, and so much more. SHINE™ has brought me so much joy over the years and friendship. When I dance I leave my day and my troubles at the door and feel amazing and connected after. I encourage you to try. You are ready.
