Both W1 competition teams got together this past weekend for the 1st W1 Poomsae showcase organized by Coach Diana and Coach Skyla. It was awesome to see our sparring team coming to cheer up and support our new born poomsae team. These are the true W1 values and we love our family and the authentic and intentional community we all have created together, day in and day out.
