Bootcamp returns May 31st!

BRING A FRIEND WEEK

Bring a new to bootcamp friend with you to class the first week and BOTH of you will get a free class. Offer valid the Tuesday May 31st and Thursday June 2nd. Additionally, if you're new to bootcamp (and want to make friends there!) you can try a class for free those days.

Bootcamp might be over for the year but that doesn't mean the workouts have to be! Sunrise Portland at Home is a collection of 20 workouts that are sure to keep you motivated this winter. Now for sale on the Sunrise Portland website.

PDF File of workouts will be sent to you via e-mail you provided with sale within 24 hours of purchase. Purchase also includes access to a private Facebook group for support/help.
