The International Women's Boxing Hall of Fame [IWBHF] is to honor the pro female boxers (retired), and men and women who work outside the ring that have significantly attributed to the promotion and development of the sport, and by their participation in the sport and/or contributors, and by the example of their lives, merit acknowledgment by all individuals involved in the sport of boxing. Recipients must have distinguished themselves in one or more of the following qualifications: A. Recognition as one who has been a leader in the sport to promote or development of the sport of female boxing; B. Through their efforts, they have brought exposure, fame or honor to the sport. The IWBHF has a long range goal to be at a permanent site in the future.
