Received my Chil Dan (7th Degree) promotion today at the Region 10 Summer Camp.
Thank you to Sa Bom Nim Oulashin for helping me to reach this level of accomplishment (34 years and still going strong).
Also thankful for my Portland Soo Bahk Do students who were able to be at camp to celebrate with me.
We will have to have the Cookie Lady make something special for the celebration at the studio.
Plan to get started with your training and join us on this journey to health and wellness.
