CLIENT HIGHLIGHT! Kiran G.

Kiran joined TOA Portland in September 2025 with a history of long term back pain (L4-S1). This pain had reached a a spot that was affecting his movement and weight training ability.

Over the course of the last 12 months using TOA Fitness programming, he has transformed his entire body and ability to confidently lift heavier loads with great form and success!
