And just like that, another summer season of Goalie World comes to a close. 🥅❤️

We are incredibly proud of every goalie who stepped onto the ice with us this season. Thank you for trusting us, working hard, challenging yourselves, and reminding us why we love this game and coaching so much.

Goalie World has always been about more than stopping pucks. It’s about building confidence, creating a community, and helping the next generation of goalies fall in love with the position.

Thank you to all of the families, coaches, and goalies who made this season so special. We can’t wait to watch you all have a great season! 🥅

Last night we ran a goalies only session for BYHA and goalie director Kelsey and they had 9 keepers show up and it was a blast!! Goalies did amazing and worked hard and had fun. We look forward to doing more for you over the next month or so. A BIG thank you to all the goalies who showed up: Ruby, Jack, Logan, Maura, Brady, Easton, Beryl, Liam and Jack.

Tonight was a BIG one for BYHA! Our FIRST-EVER GOALIE-SPECIFIC PRACTICE is officially in the books — and these goalies absolutely showed up!

A huge THANK YOU to our incredible goalie coaches, Mike & Liz, our volunteer BYHA coaches and everyone who helped make this happen. ❤️

These kids put in the work, battled through every drill, challenged themselves, and most importantly — GOT BETTER!

This is just the beginning! We’re building confidence, skills, and a whole lot of love for the position.

Today we went into beast mode and our goalies did a lot of hard work. Started with some basic footwork and added in hard eye with tennis balls, we then went into skating with resistance bands and movement with a 8 and 10lb medicine ball. They all did amazing today.

Week two is in the books! Continued working on a good basic stance and having active hands (we put pink tape on the edge of the blocker and catcher) if your hands are active, they will be in your vision along with the shooter and puck. Great job today to all the goalies who worked hard.
