Now that's it's been a few days, I've been able to re-regulate from experiencing a targeted hate crime against our loud and proud q***r space. As scary as it was to wake up to this, it just proved to me that our efforts for universal care, tolerance, and consideration are more important than ever.

By sheer coincidence, our affirmations calendar had this message for us on the day of the vandalism: "Not everyone's cup of tea". We don't all have to like each other, but no one should have to fear for their safety.

Huge thanks to the wonderful and friendly staff and participants at for their amazing emotional support and for helping to clean up broken glass. And for rendering me speechless for the holiday and sympathy card signed by everyone there. Your support was immensely welcomed!

After 2 years and 2 location changes I am excited to announce that All-In Fitness has an official storefront! Huge thanks to Lily-Rygh of Flexible Fitness for allowing me to move into her former space to keep her community goals alive. I am thrilled that we have another new beginning of providing compassionate and accessible movement coaching and community service!

I really want to emphasize that this space… it's not my space. We are on the unceded territories of the Cayuse, Umatilla, Walla Walla, Sti'pulmsh (Cowlitz), Clackamas, and the Confederated Tribes of the Grande Ronde and Siletz, and I want to acknowledge that my usage of this space is the result of colonialism and oppression.

With that in mind, one of my goals at All-In Fitness is for this to be our space, to be *your* space. You make up this community of movers, dancers, and shakers with a focus on dismantling systems of oppression. I want our space to reflect that. I call myself a coach because that's what I do, but that is not who I am, and I see my clients similarly.
