🏆🔥 CHAMPIONSHIP GAME SET FOR 12:20 PM! 🔥🏆

The highly anticipated rematch is set! Maine C**n Cats vs. Allen TX Women's HC — two teams that have built quite the rivalry over the past year!

This will be the fourth matchup between these two teams in this tournament, with all three previous games decided by just one goal — and two going to a shootout! 😳🏒

Of course, one of those shootouts came in last year's championship game, where the Maine C**n Cats captured the inaugural tournament title right here in Portland. 🏆

These two teams have also squared off in other tournaments, most recently meeting in the championship game in Conway, NH.

Now they meet again with a championship on the line!

🏒🔥 FRIDAY NIGHT IS IN THE BOOKS! 🔥🏒

What a great opening night at the 2nd Annual Maine Women's Adult Hockey Tournament!

Game 3 featured a rematch of last year's championship between the Maine C**n Cats and Allen TX HC — and it did not disappoint!

The C**n Cats led by two, but Allen battled back to tie it with just 44 seconds left to force OT! Allen's strong PK held off the C**n Cats' sustained pressure to set up a best of 3 shoot-out to settle the tie!

Allen TX struck first with a goal from Valerie Smith and Janet Stephenson shut the door in net to secure the shootout win and the extra point! 🥅🔒

Day 1 is in the books! Welcome back all five teams this morning for an action-packed Saturday!

Puck Drops again this morning with the Lady Fireballs taking on the Maine Chill! 🔥 🕶️

🏒🥅 2ND ANNUAL MAINE WOMEN'S ADULT HOCKEY TOURNAMENT STARTS TOMORROW! 🥅🏒

The puck drops tomorrow night at 6:00 PM William B. Troubh Ice Arena in Portland, Maine, and we are looking forward to an awesome weekend of women's hockey!

We have five teams participating this year, with teams traveling all the way up from The Lonestar State of Texas to our fellow Mainah's coming down from Beautiful Northern Penobscot County!!!🙌

🎟️ 50/50 RAFFLE

We'll be running a 50/50 raffle throughout the weekend! Tickets will be available at the registration/check-in table right at the rink entrance.

The winning number will be announced after the 1st period of Saturday Night's #4 VS #5 Play-In Game, which is scheduled for a 6:00 PM Puck Drop.

We'll collect phone numbers when tickets are purchased, and Venmo will be available for the winner if they aren't at the rink Saturday night/Sunday morning.
