Overall I have lost:
Chest: 2.5 inches
Waist: 1.5 inches
Hips: 3 inches
Right arm: 1.5 inches
Left thigh: .5 inches
Weight: I have lost 2.8 pounds!

Overall I am so happy with my progress and how this went! I have gone down 2 pant sizes and stuff fits much better in my opinion! Thankful for everything you have done for me and all your help!!! I am excited to keep working on my health and fitness journey!”
