Rostow Tai Chi Welcome to Rostow Tai Chi. I’m Alexia, a Yang-style (Tung Family) Tai Chi instructor in Portland, OR

Current Classes:

Mondays & Wednesdays 6:00-7:00pm, at the North East Community Center (NECC). All levels welcome
$10 drop-in rate, or class included in membership

Saturday Mornings in Grant Park, 9am-10:00am
Saturdays are the Advanced Practice Group
Saturdays are $5 per class

Private Lessons Available upon request - email for details
