Today marks one year since we closed our doors due to COVID-19. Since that time, we have completed construction of our swimming pool and facility at our new Portland location (10225 SW Park Way). We were able to open mid-Fall 2020 for private swim lessons for about 8 weeks before being shut down again due to the rise in COVID-19 cases. Recently, we have been able to run some private pool rentals for our current clientele.

I want to take this time to thank our families that have kept credits on their account and continued to wait for us to reopen. I would also like to thank the families who donated their Spring 2020 credits and for the countless families who sent emails asking how our staff and company were doing and continuing to ask when we are able to open. We hope to open for previous and new families in the next few months as COVID-19 cases decline. (All updates will be posted on our website www.childrenofthesea.com)

Melissa at Aedan Studio Photography was gracious enough to offer our swim school a free photo shoot. For those families who have been unable to see our new facility, I would love to share the amazing photos Melissa captured.

We hope that our staff, patrons, and future clients continue staying safe and healthy. We can't wait to open our doors and see our little fish again. We miss you guys tremendously and would not still be here today without your support.

Happy New Year to all our families, staff and little swimmers. We hope to re-open early 2021. Thank you to everyone who has supported us over this past year (and previous years).
