Full yoga breathing
Having studied it, you will learn how to relieve stress from the heart and stress, improve the functioning of internal organs and the brain, strengthen immunity, and increase the level of oxygen in the blood.
How to breathe?
- Take a deep breath through your nose, learn to breathe not only with your lungs, but also with your stomach.
- Exhale slowly through your nose, gradually pulling your stomach inward.
- While inhaling and exhaling, observe your breathing, try not to rush, the slower this exercise is performed, the better.
It can be complicated: having made a slow exhalation and controlling the sucked in stomach, hold your breath for a few seconds, then inhale slowly and relax your stomach. Repeat this exercise several times a day, and the result will not be long in coming.
