Into the Gorge.

What a spectacular weekend at New River Gorge National Park in Fayetteville, West Virginia.

With perfect weather, more than 900 runners, 30 states represented, and three unforgettable races, the 2026 New River Gorge Trail Festival delivered an incredible celebration of trail running in one of America’s most breathtaking landscapes. From rugged climbs and winding singletrack to sweeping views of the iconic New River Gorge Bridge, memories were made that will last a lifetime.

Men: Tanner McQuality (Richmond, VA) – 4:07:41
Women: HollyAnn Swan (Huntington, WV) – 4:31:42

HollyAnn captured her second New River Gorge Trail Festival 50K title in three years after previously winning in 2024.
