Challenge accepted !
•10 bodies of water encountered (not including at least 15 pools) between a 2 mile radius. Water is everywhere!!
•Y’all I need to get into better shape no was struggling to talk and walk on that last stretch 😅 Still kept a 15.5min/mi pace for 5.2 miles total! 🙌🏼
•After watching this video, you won’t help but notice all the ponds, lakes, creeks, and pools around you 😌
•What town should I do next 👀

Only 1.5 months late on this post… 😅
So grateful for the time I spent in Gainesville, FL with .water.safety back in April! In the mornings, I received in water mentorship from Ms. Lana while working with her students. In the evening, I led a one week Springboard clinic for her older students! Our days were long but sooo worth it! 💛
If you’re one of my swim families, and are wondering why that name sounds familiar, Ms Lana is the one who reviews all your medical registration forms! 🥰

What you’re seeing is a traditional swim that was built off of three years of survival swim. This student started at 2 years old 🥹 (featuring some throw back pics at the end) Now at age 5, her skills and confidence have significantly increased. She still trusts her body to float when she needs a little break :) So grateful for families who stick with this program for refreshers and maintenance! These are the possible results 🤩
