Here is a wrap up of the day for the last GTD athlete to complete the final Ironman Arizona!! The day started and ended with his bride and number one supporter at his side. All of us are proud of what he accomplished! Congratulations again Chris!! Enjoy your down time as we get ready for a special 2026!

And I was a bit under the weather so I gave our exhausted athlete a little space so he did catch anything.

While the rest of the team was out cranking mileage for upcoming events, Autumn was participating in one of our local events, Day of the Dead Legs! This is an out and back course that is straight up and straight down. It is a time course with the option of 10 hours one day or 5 hours the next. Or you could do both if you’re truly ready to feel the burn. A real quad buster!! Autumn did the 5 hour and walked away with 1st place in her AG!

IM Santa Cruz 70.3 is underway!!!

Got pictures where and when I could. Tim was too fast and leading the way right now. All sold swims and doing well on the bike.
