-Tots Tumbling: The not-so-terrible twos when they're tumbling with us on Tuesdays!

-Adult Hip Hop Cardio: Coach Cathey driving her passion for health and hip hop. Groove, learn some choreo, burn calories, and have fun.

-Midweek Midlife Movement: You're never too old to move your body and learn new things. Ballet inspired exercises!

-Mommy & Me Movement: Mommy & me intro to ballet techniques. Great transition for the tiny ones that want to take class next year but aren't ready to do it without mom! Let's have fun and build our foundation together!

-Adult Pom: Fun choreo, fast (but not too fast) movement to keep your heart rate up and your confidence spiked!

Classes start next week! Starting 9/1 you will be able to drop in to any class for just $10 due at the time of class.

OR take ANY class you want for $200/month. If you want to take 2 or more classes per week, this is a STEAL of a DEAL!

Registration day will be 8/31 from NOON - 9pm at DSE!
