We now have confirmation from the Lodi school district. Sunday, September 13 is the date of our fall Karate championships! Flyers have already gone out in the mail, if you did not receive one and would like to, please let us know and we will get one to you as soon as possible. Our next session of Karate begins thursday, August 20th!

Learn practical self defense techniques from multiple traditions in a fun and safe family setting! We teach freestyle combatives to children and adults. Ages 6 and up are welcome.

Learn the tools to protect yourself in all 4 ranges of hand to hand combat - kicking, punching, trapping and grappling. Get sweaty, gain confidence, and have fun!

Learn to live the 5 tenets of Tae Kwon Do: Courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self control and indomitable spirit!

Opportunities to compete in local karate tournaments!
