Bicycle Playground of Port Washington is now taking pre-orders and doing layaway's for the Holidays! If your child or loved one is in the market for a new bike please consider buying it as a holiday gift. Every spring I hear people contemplate a big purchase and wish they did it for the holidays or a birthday instead of buying it just because they realize that they need it now. We will be happy to hold any bikes until you're ready to pick them up. 3 1/2-4 years old is the perfect age to get kids their first bike. Common ages for kids to outgrow their bikes are 6, 8, 10 years old, But also depending on their height and what size bike they are currently on. We will be happy to help with sizing and please keep in mind that any purchase can be exchanged for other sizes or colors if necessary. Even if it's not a bike please consider holiday gifts that GET KIDS OUTSIDE and physically active!
