Yoga Off the Mat

Next time you walk toward someone on the street in the morning, see if you can catch their eye, smile, and simply say, “Good morning.”

Those two words say, “I see you. I respect you. I wish you well.”

We’ve certainly been met by our fair share of gaze averters and silent walkers—yes, even here in Port Washington—but that’s all the more reason to double down and spread the word—or, actually, the words in this case.

Words have power, and “good morning” has the power to change the course of someone’s day. Who knows? It may even change your own.

So good morning, friends. Have an amazing day! ❤️
