🎣⚓ HAPPY NATIONAL BOSS'S DAY! ⚓🎣
The only thing better than having a great boss? Having one who takes the whole team FISHING! 😂
Over the years, we've had the pleasure of welcoming some pretty amazing bosses and their teams aboard Nicky Boy Charters!
The boss rewards hardworking employees, entertains clients, celebrates a successful year, or just trades the office for a little fresh air on Lake Michigan, we love being part of those memories! 🌊
Because sometimes the best team meetings don't happen around a conference table… they happen on a fishing boat! 🎣
Here's to all the bosses who work hard, appreciate their people, and know how to have a little fun along the way!
💙 Happy Boss's Day from all of us at Nicky Boy Charters!
👇 Know a boss who should take the team fishing? Tag them! We promise not to tell them it was your idea! 😉😂

A little chill in the air, but the sun was shining, and the fish were biting! ☀️🎣
This group called hoping to get out on Lake Michigan this weekend, and the winds gave us just the break we needed this morning to make it happen.
Captain James got them out on the water, and they came back with smiles and a nice catch to take home!
Blue skies, sunshine, good company and fish on the deck — not a bad way to spend an October morning on Lake Michigan! 💙🐟
Thanks for fishing with Nicky Boy Charters!

🎣 Some beautiful October silver!
Lake Michigan was a little sporty this morning, so we gave her some time to settle down before heading out for a later morning start.
Daryl and his crew brought these beautiful, bright silver fish back to the dock after a gorgeous October afternoon on Lake Michigan. ☀️🐟
We are soaking up every opportunity to get out there as we head into the final days of our 2026 season.
Still fishing. Still catching. Still making memories. 🎣⚓

🎣 Still putting fish in the cooler!
Captain Jim had a great day on Lake Michigan with customer Jim and his crew — and what a way to head into the final week of our 2026 season! 🐟👏
The calendar may say October, but there’s still fishing to be done before we officially call it a season.
And if you didn’t make it out with us this year, don’t worry — we are already booking trips for 2027! Whether it’s your annual tradition or your first time aboard, we would love to have you fishing with the Nicky Boy crew next season.
