Some days it looks like this. Smiling, carrying mats, on our way to another session.

Other days… not so much. 😂

Building something from scratch will test you in ways you never expected. But every time we get to see an idea we once talked about become something people actually experience, we’re reminded why we keep showing up.

Nobody knows what’s around the corner. We’re just really glad we’re choosing to stay in the game together.

The best part of planning a group trip? Not having to plan every single activity on the itinerary and actually enjoying the trip!

We brought private yoga straight to this group in Montauk. They picked the time + place, we handled the rest.

✨ Instructor Spotlight Series: Meet Erica ✨

13 years of teaching Pilates means Erica 𝙀 𝙍 𝙄 𝘾 𝘼 𝘽 𝙀 𝙇 𝙇 | 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 & 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫 knows exactly when to let you flow and when to make you work. 🔥

Now based in Los Angeles, Erica is a Pilates instructor, educator, and mentor whose style pulls from her love of Pilates, barre, and dance to create sessions that are flowing and dynamic while still delivering a serious challenge.

She’s comprehensively certified through STOTT Pilates, has completed a classical bridge program, is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, and specializes in prenatal and postnatal movement. Before moving to LA, she built a fully booked home studio outside Detroit, and today she brings that depth of experience not only to her clients, but to other instructors through teacher workshops.

What we love most is the combination: years of expertise without losing the joy of movement. Expect thoughtful programming, an athletic edge, and a flow that keeps things moving.

We’re so excited to have Erica as part of the Well Reserved instructor community in LA. ✨
