One of our 2026 CCR&T stops will be at the historic Dungeness Schoolhouse. Unfortunately, it will not be open for tours but we can look in the windows! You may be aware that Liz and I live in a school converted into our family home in 1993.

Participants in the 2026 CCR&T have been sent their pre-event Packet via email. It has a full schedule and instructions on where we will meet for the orientation on Friday, September 11th. Let me know if you did not receive this.

Our 2026 Cascade Classic Rally & Tour will begin our weekend with a visit to the premier car collection on the Olympic Peninsula. We have been invited back to the Brown Maloney Collection for our event assembly and orientation location on Friday, September 11th from 2-4pm. Participants can arrive any time after 2pm and will be able to enjoy a relaxed viewing of the collection followed by our event orientation at 3pm. Refreshments will be served and teams will receive their event bags and materials. Departure at 4pm will send those participating in the test rally on their way and all others on to our lodging in Sequim.

Port Townsend has an antique car museum and I’m very pleased to tell you that on Sunday, September 13th, we will be taking the tour there during the CCR&T. Owner Ken Kelly has graciously offered to open the museum just for us on a Sunday when it’s usually closed. I promise you will see cars there you may have heard of but have never seen. Ken only collects unique and extremely rare cars. After our visit we will continue into Port Townsend for our event concluding picnic lunch at the Jefferson County Courthouse. Registrations for the 2026 CCR&T are still arriving. Come join the fun!

Here is the rally and tour participant list to date. We are two months out from September 11-13 and I am pleased with the response so far. Please note, these are not car numbers, they will be assigned later. I have also included two *teams who have reserved hotel rooms and I’m anticipating registration forms to follow.

The image is from the monthly Sequim Cars & Coffee this past weekend. We will be attending it on Saturday, September 12th before the start of our rally/tour day.

Our host hotel has now filled all our reserved block of rooms. Two other lodging options are nearby. Please contact me if you need information on these locations.
