At **Dance 4 Life Academy**, our Little Stars Performing Arts Program is more than dance class—it’s a creative early-learning experience designed to help children **learn, move, imagine, communicate, and grow!** 💙

📚 **ACADEMICS MEET THE ARTS!**
Through age-appropriate lessons, center rotations, stories, creative projects, music, movement, dance, and acrobatics, our Little Stars are strengthening important school-readiness skills while having FUN.

🎭 Performing arts can help children practice:

✨ **Language & Literacy** — storytelling, vocabulary, songs, dramatic play, and following directions
🔢 **Early Math Skills** — counting beats, recognizing patterns, sequencing movements, shapes, and spatial awareness
🎨 **Creativity & Fine Motor Development** — art projects, sensory activities, props, and hands-on learning
🎵 **Music & Rhythm** — identifying tempo, patterns, counting, listening, and musicality
🩰 **Gross Motor Development** — balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, and body awareness through dance and acrobatics

This production is exclusively for students enrolled in our Competitive Team, Homeschool Team, and Little Stars program.

🚂 POLAR EXPRESS RECITAL SHOWCASE
Anyone may audition for a lead role in our Polar Express recital, including recreational dancers and members of our Competitive and Homeschool Teams!

🫧 SPONGEBOB THE MUSICAL
Auditions are for students enrolled in our Theatre I class.

🔎 CLUE THE MUSICAL
Auditions are for students enrolled in our Theatre II class.

Students must be enrolled in the appropriate theatre class to audition for SpongeBob the Musical or Clue the Musical.

🎭 AUDITION FORMS
We have attached the audition registration forms for each production. If you plan to drop your child off for auditions, please make sure their completed form arrives with them. All audition forms must be filled out before participating.

✨ Step inside the enchanted storybook of "Once Upon a Dream: Four Princesses, One Magical Journey!" ✨

Selected by our graduating seniors, this original ballet brings together the beloved stories of Rapunzel, Tiana, Princess Jasmine, and Belle. Through ballet, pointe, lyrical, contemporary, and tap, audiences will journey through four magical kingdoms filled with courage, determination, freedom, friendship, and love.

Each princess will discover that she is not defined by her crown—but by the courage to follow her dreams and choose her own destiny.

Four stories. Four courageous hearts. One unforgettable ballet. 👑🩰✨

Today, we took time to play **Senior 4 Corners**, and it turned into one of the most meaningful parts of our day.

Each group rotated around the room, sitting down with one of our seniors to talk about their favorite memories, special moments, what they admire most about them, and what makes each senior so special to our team.

There were lots of smiles, laughter, and heartfelt conversations that reminded us what being part of a team is really about. It's about the relationships we build, the memories we create, and the lasting impact we have on one another.

Our seniors have helped shape this program in countless ways, and we're so grateful for the leadership, friendship, and example they've given. We cherish every moment we have left with them and are proud to celebrate the incredible people they are. ❤️
