Wednesday was my birthday and I’m 32 now.🥳
Tyler found this sand volleyball court ten minutes from our house that I had no idea existed this whole time, and we played until the sun went down. I talked to my dad that same day and told him I forget I’m 32 half the time, like I’ve lived so many different lives inside this one body that the number stopped keeping up with me a while back. 22 year old me would not know what to do with this life.

Most people want the body. They don’t want to actually live like it. And listen, I was there too. Tyler and I both were.

We lost the weight and had to figure out the hard way that what we were doing wasn’t something we could do for the rest of our lives.

At some point you have to decide if you’re actually building something you want to live with. Because your whole life has to fit around this. Your schedule, your brain, how you move through your day.

Comment PLAYBOOK and I’ll send you everything you need to build the lifestyle.

life stays full. the routine is always going to get blown up. the scale is always going to have a weird week. something is always going to make it inconvenient to keep going. stop using it as the reason to quit. give yourself more time.

The part I couldn’t fit in the car, because I was a little fired up.

Genetics are real. Your frame, where you carry weight, how fast you build muscle on the same program as the woman next to you. Some of that is the hand you got dealt. PMOS, thyroid issues, lipedema, those are real and they make this harder. If that’s you, you already know it.

I’m talking to the woman who decided she has bad genetics for a body she has never once actually trained for.

Your mom wasn’t doing hip thrusts. Her mom wasn’t either. So nobody in your family ever actually found out what was possible.

Comment PLAYBOOK, figure out what your body actually does before you blame your DNA.

I’ve made these three times since I posted them to my story and kept the recipe to myself, and every single time someone asked me for it I said soon.

Filming and editing food reels is so much more work than people realize. You’re cooking, resetting, shooting the same thing four times because the lighting was off, then editing it down to under a minute. And when you cook something and don’t film it the guilt creeps in, like you wasted an opportunity. Or you’ve been cooking long enough that you don’t have exact recipes written down because you just know how to cook, and now suddenly that’s a problem. Sometimes I genuinely just don’t want to set up a camera to eat my dinner and that’s a completely valid feeling that nobody talks about on this side of content creation.

But when it comes together it’s worth it because 45 to 50 grams of protein in a plate of nachos that actually tastes like nachos is exactly the kind of thing this series exists for.

Comment PLAYBOOK if you want to understand the method behind all of it.

Made these on a total whim and I’m already planning the next batch. Phyllo dough is genuinely one of the most underrated things in the freezer section. Low calorie, super crispy, and it works with basically any fruit filling you want to throw in it.

Both versions are at the end of the reel. Screenshot whichever one you want.

i have been over 200 pounds and under 120 and i did a lot of damage getting there.

your hormones don’t care how badly you want to be smaller. neither does your skin or your energy or your body composition. they respond to how you feed and train your body, not just how little you eat.

if you don’t know what you should actually be eating to lose fat without losing yourself in the process, comment MACROS and i’ll send you my free nutrition calculator.

Carrot cake muffins with a cream cheese filling and streusel.
Episode four of Les Made It.

Took a few rounds to get the recipe exactly where I wanted it and this is it. Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, fresh carrots, cream cheese center, streusel on top. Tastes like the real thing.

187 calories and 10 grams of protein per muffin. Not a health food, not a diet food. Just a treat that actually fits.
Full recipe is in the comments.

A lot of people have trained themselves to back off the second something feels uncomfortable. Hard conversation? Avoid it. New opportunity? Too risky. Business idea? Maybe later. So they stay where they are because at least it’s familiar.

Training teaches you to stay in it a little longer instead of immediately folding the second things get hard. This kind of mindset bleeds into everything.
